Pavel and Nikolai Durov’s Telegram is known for its privacy and security features. Its system of end-to-end encrypted voice, video, and chat enables users to share almost 700 million messages each month.

Telegram’s internal infrastructure and security measures are not publicly disclosed. even normal chats in Telegram are designed to be end-to-end encrypted, meaning that only the intended recipients of the messages can read them. Even Telegram’s servers are not supposed to have access to the content of secret chats.
